So, last week, I told you guys the exciting news that I had finished a book series I had been working on for two years. It was very exciting, and I’m happy that you guys enjoyed that snippet I posted.

I want to tell you guys about this new idea I’ve been developing the past week. Like usual, I had a really good idea for a story but had to put it aside so I could focus on the series I was currently working on. Since I’m finished with that series and can move it to the editing stage, I’m finally picking up that idea I had.

I posted a snippet a while back titled Rain and Wave. You guys seemed to like that snippet. I started writing those snippets during a writing activity I was a part of. I fell in love with the characters almost immediately, and I really wanted to continue working on the series once the activity was over. However, I was already working on a book that needed my full attention so I had to set it aside.

I’m finally picking it back up and its been great. I’ve never really plotted and planned for a book as much as I have with this new project. I have pages filled with notes, character traits, plot ideas and ways to make the story interesting. I feel really good about this story and how its going to turn out.

Hopefully, when I start writing this story, I’ll post some more snippets on here for you guys.
