How long does it take for a tree to grow? It takes years for a tree to grow tall and proud. How long does it take for an entire forest to grow? That takes years as well. Trees are so strong, and they endure so much. Storms, floods, hurricanes and so much more. Yet, they still stand tall and proud.

Now, how long does it take for a tree to break or fall? Only seconds, right? They don’t always grow back either. Branches fall off them all time. Every year, they loose their leaves. The amazing part about trees is they always grow back, stronger then before. Trees are strong, but they have a breaking point. I mean, they endure so much. It’s amazing how they are so strong, they don’t break as easily.

Sometimes, people can be like trees. They are strong and beautiful, but they still endure so much. People go through hard times, some worse then others. The thing is, we should be supportive of each other in our hard times, no matter if it seems like it’s not that big of a deal.

And people, like trees, can grow back, stronger then before. We always find a way to bounce back. Sometimes you just need to ask for help. Sometimes you need to grit your teeth and keep fighting through the hard times.

Life takes us down many twists and turns. I often find myself asking “why”. When life gets me down, I force myself back up and work the problem. Because I know that I am beautiful and that, like a tree, I can withstand so much and still grow strong and tall.
