On year ago today, on August 16th, 2019, I started this blog. It was one of my proudest achievements. I’m really happy with how this has turned out.

When I first started this blog, I had no idea what I was doing. I was a young writer who simply wanted to share my writing with other people. Things were slow at first. I wasn’t sure if people were reading my blog. There were times when I thought it would be better if I simply gave up, but I stayed consistent, doing my best to post new, interesting content every week. Eventually, people started reading my posts and following my blog. I was proud of myself for sticking through the hard times.

Now that it’s been a year, I’m looking back at all the times I struggled with what I should post. There were a lot of ups and downs. Days when no one read my posts, and days when I had a lot of views, comments and likes.

It has been a year of hard work, determination and consistency. I am thankful for my family who encouraged me to continue, and all my followers who read my content.
